Services:

I provide wellness coaching, educational resources, and related services to support healthy lifestyle changes. Coaching is informational and supportive, not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a providerā€“patient relationship.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in coaching programs. If enrolling on behalf of a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian.

Program Payments & Refunds

  • All program fees must be paid as stated on the program page.
  • Refunds are subject to my refund policy outlined at enrollment.
  • I reserve the right to change pricing or program details; any changes will not affect already enrolled clients.Ā 

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and health.
  • Coaching outcomes depend on your engagement and adherence to recommendations. I cannot guarantee specific results.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and communicate openly to allow for effective coaching.Ā 

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, graphics, videos, and materials, are my property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell content without written consent.

Privacy & Security

  • Your use of my website and services is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which outlines how I collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

  • You agree that I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of information or services.
  • You acknowledge that coaching is supportive and educational, and you retain responsibility for your own health decisions.Ā 

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to programs or website services if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You engage in abusive or disruptive behavior
